Alternatively, you may simply join as a social member to take advantage of the great lounge and bar facilities. A social membership also allows you to sign up for two in-club events per season.
If you don’t have a team to play on, don’t be concerned. The league organizers will ensure that you get a place on a team. Many of our social leagues are specifically designed to mix up teams every few weeks so that you get a chance to meet, play and socialize with a lot of different people. Our social leagues are also a great way to develop your curling skills.

Member Credit Card Authorization Form
New Policy for Credit Cards for Paying Membership Dues 2019-20
As part of our commitment to reduce costs and limit the amount our membership rates need to increase, we are going to introduce a credit card surcharge for anyone paying their membership dues by credit card next season. We have discovered that it is costing the club close to $10,000 each season in credit card fees so we are asking our members to pay their membership dues by cheque, cash or debit in person at the club. If you want to continue to pay by credit card we will let you, but there will be a 3% surcharge added to your membership.
We are also trying to add E-transfer as an option to pay. We are working with our bank to find a way to allow this and hopefully it will be in place by the time we start mailing invoices in June.
All membership dues are to be paid in full by December 1st. If they are not paid by Dec 1st we will be charging a 5% late penalty.
If your dues are not paid in full by Jan 2nd your playing privileges may be revoked.
If you are experiencing a financial hardship and having trouble paying, management will happily look at payment plan options on a case by case basis.

If you want to pay by credit card, please fill out the enclosed pre-authorization form once you have received your invoice. You can then:
1. Send it by mail to the club office just as your would a cheque. The address is on the invoice.
2. Drop it through the mail slot in the front door in a sealed envelope.
3. Bring it to the club on one of the dates available. They will be posted on your invoice.
4. Phone the club office with the required information. If we are not here, leave a message and we will get back to you.
Please note that once the form is used to process your payment, the form will be shredded for security purposes.
Also, it is recommended that you DO NOT fax or email the form to the club. We cannot guarantee security if payment is made in this manner.
